About me

A woman with long, wavy hair wearing glasses and smiling
Hi. I’m Kasia, a certified fertility coach dedicated to helping people navigate one of life’s most emotional and often most isolating journeys: the path to parenthood. I offer something I wish I’d had during my own fertility journey: someone to listen, stay with me in the hardest times and help me find practical ways through the uncertainty and loss of control.

Through my own experiences of infertility I discovered how much more there is to manage than the medical appointments, tests and treatments. What I really struggled with was finding someone to help me look holistically at everything together. Every specialist I saw was focused only on their own small part, so I found myself working separately with an acupuncturist, consultant, nutritionist, GP, and counsellor.

I longed for somewhere I could reflect on everything in real time with someone who understood the fertility landscape. I saw how a blend of support, practical tools and guidance could help to make sense of the confusion, and I felt compelled to design and provide the service I had been missing.

My approach

In my coaching practice I combine:

  • a deep understanding of the infertility experience: the hope, the grief, the waiting, and the immense highs and lows;

  • practical, tailored support navigating treatment decisions, communicating with your partner/family, thinking about the options available to you, and staying connected to your sense of self;

  • a safe, non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, reclaim your voice and commit to the path forward that you choose;

  • validation that you do not need to change your mindset to achieve success. All of your feelings are welcome here.

Experience

I bring a long-standing professional background in complex emotional support, developed through years of frontline working in charities with individuals experiencing suicidal thoughts, crisis and personal struggle. In these roles, I provided steady, skilled guidance to people navigating some of the most challenging periods of their lives, helping them build safety, perspective and a sense of direction.

My experience also includes substantial work within university wellbeing and support services, where I coached and guided students through major life transitions, identity issues and periods of uncertainty. I helped them clarify their goals, build resilience and reconnect with their sense of purpose, holding space for their experience while also encouraging them to achieve their potential.

From this background, I have built a business supporting women facing fertility difficulties and pregnancy after loss. I offer a calm, informed and supportive presence for clients moving through the wild emotions that accompany the journey to conceive.

I hold counselling qualifications from The Gestalt Centre and the Manor House Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling that deepen my understanding of human behaviour, emotional processing and relational dynamics. While I draw on this training, I do not offer therapy. Instead, my coaching practice focuses on structured, practical support, clear tools and gentle accountability, helping you move forward with confidence, clarity and a sense of control during one of life’s most demanding chapters.

What clients say

I finally felt supported by someone who understood the emotional and practical reality of what I was going through, and I was able to make decisions one at a time that I felt were right for me. Her guidance helped me stay grounded, organised and hopeful during a time that felt completely overwhelming.
— Sophie, 38
I can’t express how grateful I am for the steady, compassionate support I received. Kasia listened to everything then helped me break it all down into manageable steps and come away with a plan. I felt like I wasn’t navigating this alone.
— Amira, 37
Her calm presence and thoughtful questions helped me make sense of what I was feeling. She never judged, never rushed me, and always helped me walk away from our sessions with a plan. It was like a friend who could see things more clearly than I could see them myself and wasn’t afraid to tell me where I was going wrong. I’d recommend her to anyone who feels overwhelmed by the fertility process.
